What is Humanistic Counselling?
The humanistic approach to counselling encourages the client to explore and uncover inner resources to help them find answers and ways forward which are right for them. It offers the client the opportunity to explore and develop self-awareness, self-growth, healing and self-responsibility which can help them reach their full potential and lead a more fulfilling life.
A humanistic counsellor will offer a safe, confidential and respectful environment for their client and will work at a pace that is comfortable for the client.
